Town approves $130M Melville Town Center project
Melville Crossing is proposed to consist of seven four-story buildings, four three-story buildings, three one-story retail buildings, and a 6,300-square-foot clubhouse. It would bring 290 rental apartments, including 40 live/work units, 110 for-sale condominium units, 37,300 square feet of retail space, a public plaza, promenade and walking trail to the Maxess Road site.
