“Fly Long Island, a joint venture between Avports and RXR, has been informed that it has been selected as the preferred proposer by the Evaluation Committee,” RXR spokesperson David Garten told LIBN. “We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with all members of the town board and the supervisor on a project that achieves broad consensus.”
