Kathy Goodwin

Kathy Goodwin has been with the Long Island Federation of Labor since 2010, serving as the organization’s Controller. She also serves as the Administrator for Labor Education and Community Services Agency (LECSA), Long Island Jobs with Justice, and the National Offshore Wind Training Center. Prior to joining the Long Island Federation of Labor, she spent 4 years at the Village of Port Jefferson in various roles working mostly in the Treasurer’s office and was Assistant to the Mayor, effectively serving as the chief administrator of the Village. She majored in Accounting at Suffolk Community College. Kathy resides in Mount Sinai, with her husband Tom. They are proud parents of 4 wonderful children, Dana, Kelly, Gregory & Kevin and have 8 amazing grandchildren whose ages range from 9 months to 16 years.  Her family means everything to her and feels truly blessed and proud to have them in her life.
