Join Community Power LI’s distributed generation program to reduce your monthly electric bill by 10% and help Long Island shift to cleaner energy. Sammy Chu of Community Power LI is a former IBEW Local 3 Electrician and Suffolk County Labor Commissioner. Community Power LI is using New York State’s community distributed power generation paired with fuel cell technology to provide savings to union members and their families while reducing carbon emissions when compared with traditional power generation.
By signing up for this program, you will save 10% on your electric bill. All PSEG-LI customers that do not already have solar panels on their homes qualify for this program. Once you sign up and the fuel cell farm starts producing electricity, you’ll begin saving on your monthly energy bill.
All PSEG-LI customers are eligible; however, it’s noteworthy that Community Power LI has partnered with our movement in an effort to provide cost savings for Long Island’s union families.
