March is Women's History Month

During the month of March we celebrate Women's History Month.  The AFL-CIO has been profiling women who have made significant contributions to the labor movement.  These strong and powerful women include the Lowell Mill Women who organized the first union of working women in the 1830's, the women of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory, and Mother Jones who was one of the greatest labor leaders of all time.
