Climate Jobs Offshore Wind Training

Climate Jobs NY launched their first in-person Offshore Wind Training session this week in collaboration with Cornell University Worker Institute. The session took place at Laborers 66's union hall and involving members from Local 66 as well as 1298 with support from the New York State Laborers Organizing Fund.  They came to hear about and discuss climate change as well as the fight to make sure new renewable energy jobs are good union jobs.
