Preparing for Zika: What We Need to Know as Community Members, as Workers

The emerging presence of the Zika virus in the western hemisphere is a public health concern. There is a need to share information so we can better educate ourselves and others to better prepare for the possibility of locally-acquired Zika cases in our area.

Join us to learn more about the virus, and how you and your loved ones can be best protected from exposure. In addition, learn what employers should do to protect their workforce who may be exposed on the job: OSHA now has guidelines for outdoor and healthcare workers.

Thursday, June 23, 2016 - 5:30pm to 7:30pm
