Our Chase campaign demands that the banking giant change it’s lending practices and declare a nationwide moratorium on home foreclosures.

Chase has the largest rate of foreclosure among the big banks and a poor record of modifying people’s loans. Chase has been charged for imprudent review of foreclosure related paperwork including failure to ensure affidavits were properly notarized.
